Participant Information & Consent

If you are at least 18 years old and an employee of an organization, we would like you to complete this confidential and anonymous survey on Career Crafting. The purpose of this study is to establish the factor structure of the Career Crafting scale in the Ghanaian context.

Participation is voluntary and should take approximately 10 minutes. All responses are anonymous. No individual will be identified in any publication or communication of the results. For a summary of findings, contact edelle@ug.edu.gh.
